Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Ifeanyi Okowa, his running mate, were present at a rally held in Borno on Wednesday.
The duo joined other party stakeholders for the PDP presidential campaign rally which took place in Maiduguri, the Borno capital.
