The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has inaugurated a national reconciliation committee to resolve the internal wrangling among members.
The PDP also constituted a disciplinary committee to address the misconduct and indiscipline in the party and ensure accountability, fairness, and upholding ethics and values.
The committees were inaugurated at the party’s headquarters in Abuja on Wednesday.
The reconciliation committee is chaired by Olagunsoye Oyinlola, former governor of Osun state, while the disciplinary panel is headed by Tom Ikimi, ex-minister of foreign affairs.
