PHOTOS: Preparations in full swing at Abuja stadium ahead of PDP presidential primary

The Moshood Abiola national stadium in Abuja, venue of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) special convention scheduled for Saturday, is currently a hive of activity.

The venue is being decorated with various designs, posters, lighting and banners.

TheCable observed some PDP governors — Samuel Ortom of Benue, Seyi Makinde of Oyo, and Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa — taking a tour of the venue.

About 811 delegates from across the country are expected to vote at the convention to elect a presidential candidate to represent the party in the 2023 general election.
