PHOTOS: Rainstorm destroys cars, worsens Lagos gridlock

There was downpour across Lagos state on Monday morning, with the effect felt hours after the rain subsided.

While some roads were flooded, the wind uprooted trees in different locations. At Kingsway Road in Ikoyi, a tree fell on two cars while there was gridlock across the city.
