The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has issued a certificate of return to Chukwuma Soludo, governor-elect of Anambra state.
INEC presented the document to Soludo on Friday.
Soludo, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, secured 112,229 votes to defeat his closest rival — Valentine Ozigbo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who got 53,807 votes.
