PHOTOS: Tinubu presides over APC national caucus meeting at Aso Rock

President Bola Tinubu is currently presiding over the national caucus meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The meeting, attended by several party heavyweights, is taking place at the conference hall of the presidential villa.

It is the first national caucus meeting of the party since Tinubu assumed office in May 2023.

The meeting precedes the APC’s national executive committee (NEC) gathering, scheduled for Wednesday at the party’s headquarters in Abuja.

It is customary for party members, including governors, to hold a caucus meeting on the eve of the NEC session.

Members attending the caucus gathering are Vice-President Kashim Shettima, Senate President Godswill Akpabio, Tajudeen Abbas, speaker of the house of representatives, Abdullahi Ganduje, national chairman of the APC.

Governors elected on the platform of the APC are also attending the meeting.
