The women wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, on Wednesday, took its rally to Katsina.
The rally was held at the People’s Square, Katsina town.
The campaign team was led by Oluremi Tinubu, senator representing Lagos central and wife of the APC presidential candidate.
Speaking at the campaign ground, she said the “needs of the people” will be prioritised if her husband is elected.

Those who attended the rally included Nana Shettima, wife of Kashim Shettima, APC vice-presidential candidate; Zainab Ahmed, minister of finance; Zainab Bagudu, wife of Abubakar Bagudu, governor of Kebbi; and Lauretta Onochie.
Wives of the governors of Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, Jigawa, Zamfara, and Lagos states also attended the rally.
The team also visited the government house and the palace of the Emir of Katsina.
