Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos state, and Babagana Zulum, his Borno counterpart, were among those who accompanied President Muhammadu Buhari to the 7th Tokyo International Conference on African Development.
Boss Mustapha, secretary to the government of the federation, was in Buhari’s delegation.
They departed Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja on Sunday evening.
