Plexus Media has announced the launch of HERbernation, a programme dedicated to creating safe and empowering spaces for women to share their stories of struggle, triumph and victory.
Speaking about the vision behind the programme, Ozioma Ubabukoh, principal consultant at Plexus, said HERbernation is a response to the challenges women face daily, whether in the workplace, at home or in society.
“HERbernation is more than just an event; it is a movement that provides women with the space to reflect, heal and emerge stronger,” Ubabukoh said.
“Every woman has a story, and this platform ensures that these stories are heard, celebrated and used to inspire others.

“This initiative creates a community where women feel supported, valued and encouraged to embrace their power unapologetically. We are excited to partner organisations and individuals who share our vision of a world where women thrive.”
The inaugural event, themed ‘Rise, Renew, Reignite’, will feature keynote speeches from prominent female leaders, fireside chats, mentorship sessions, and networking opportunities.
Confirmed guest speakers include Efe Obiomah, marketing and communications trainer; Elizabeth Kings-Wali, managing director of 4Stone Capital; Ruth Ebe-Emordi, the lead consultant at Ruth’s HQ; and Ogechi Eleojo, talent developer at Wema Bank.

The event will be held on March 28 at BWC Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
