The Lagos state police command says it has arrested a 53-year-old woman, who was allegedly found with laminated electoral materials.
NANs reports that Benjamin Hundeyin, the police spokesperson, on Friday confirmed the arrest.
Hundeyin said the suspect was arrested on Thursday at about 4.00 p.m. at Candos Road, Baruwa in Iyana-Ipaja area of Lagos.
He said the woman was arrested inside a business centre where she was making photocopies of the items.

“The case has been transferred to State CID Yaba for further investigation.”
On March 1, TheCable reported that the police force reacted to a viral video claiming that some of its officers had arrested a criminal syndicate engaging in electoral fraud in the federal capital territory (FCT).
The video showed some persons arrested with some items like the bimodal voter accreditation system (BVAS) machines of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
However, INEC confirmed that the occupants of the house were staff of Emperor Technology, outsourcing engineering services to the body.
