The Lagos police command says its operatives have arrested a suspected female kidnapper and rescued three abducted children.

In a statement on Tuesday, Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson of the command, said the headmaster of a school located in the Ijegun area of Lagos reported the case of abduction on Monday.

Hundeyin said the police were informed that some unknown persons invaded the school and kidnapped three students.

He added that detectives from Area M police command in Idimu “moved immediately” to the school.
