Police arrest two suspects in Abraka market shooting

The Delta state police command says it has arrested two suspects involved in the shooting at Abraka Market.

On Friday, three gunmen shot into the market, where traders were still transacting business, allegedly killing four persons, who are reported to be non-natives.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Zanna Mohammed Ibrahim, the state police commissioner, said the suspects are Abraham Ndudi ‘m’, 24 years old, from Kwale, and Okereke Ifeanyi ‘m’, 21 years old, from Kwale in Delta.

He said they hid in the ceiling of a major hotel in Abraka at the time of their arrest.
