Post Assurance Brokers, an insurance brokerage company, has been certified with ISO 9001:2015, an international standard dedicated to quality management systems (QMS).
The ISO 9000 family is the world’s best-known quality management set of standards. It helps organisations ensure they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders within statutory and regulatory requirements related to a product or service.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer demands and satisfies all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
In a statement on Wednesday, Post Assurance Brokers said the certification was achieved after a thorough and transparent audit process carried out by DNV-GL, an international certifying body headquartered in Norway.

“This certification is proof that Post Assurance Brokers Limited is internationally recognized for best practices and demonstrates the ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements,” the statement read.
Lekan Ajisafe, chief executive officer of the brokerage firm, said the ISO 9001:2015 typifies what the firm stands for, “which is quality excellence and integrity as evidenced in how we conduct our business”.
Post Assurance Brokers provides insurance services and consultancy to both government and private organisations in Nigeria.
