The PDP began to fall from grace to grass when party members and their leaders started making arrogant statements as: “we would still win without you…” Close to two years now, I have observed the ruling party very closely and sadly, I have been able to see that the APC is a sad repeat of the past. Both online and offline, those in leadership of the APC and their ardent followers proudly say: “without you, we would still win.” Even when the party loses one (1) million members, they would still come on air to say that they are not losing sleep, but they know that they are not sleeping!
A few days into the crisis of His Excellency, Governor Akinwumi Ambode and the leadership of the All Progressives Congress, the new chairman of the ruling party in his usual comportment went on air to say that Governor Ambode is not embattled, but the truth is, every Lagos-dweller knows what is transpiring. There is nothing that is happening between Ambode and his employers that we do not know, so it was side-splitting for a man to come on air, saying that an embattled Governor is not embattled. Comrade Adams has ceased to be a comrade. He is now a career-politician. And you know that when politicians greet you good morning, just know that it is a quarter past 3pm! There is no iota of truth in their corporate mouth!
The way our people saw the APC in 2015 is quite different from the way they are seeing them now, but the owners of the All Progressives Congress (APC) do not know. They are still planning to do in 2019 as they did in 2015, but they do not know that most of those who were with them about four (4) years ago have left them. The owners of the PDP were the last to know that their political party had become a feather-weight political party. The biggest political party in Africa lost to an opposition party. Last week, when I heard that Comrade Adams was boasting about how big the APC has become, I shook my head. It is clear as water that they have not learnt a hoot from history. And if they do not yield to this warning, they shall be humiliated out of power just as it happened to the PDP!
Even if the APC loses 1 million members today, Comrade Adams would still come on air to say that they are not losing sleep over it. I pity PMB, because he has chosen to surround himself with those who hawk lies as an effect of their pocket and belly. And because he does not know what is happening beyond the seat of power, it seems he believes all they tell him. And each time “baba” goes to a State and he sees millions of people welcome him, he thinks he is still as popular as he was about four (4) years ago. If Mr. President does not know, it is my civic onus to let him know. This is it: there are too many jobless and hungry people in the land, so there is no politician—who does not pull crowd in their millions, once they have money to rent folks! GEJ equally pulled crowd everywhere he went in 2015, but he ended up losing.

As far as I am concerned, it is a very iniquitous and depraved thing for any Governor to owe monthly salaries—while him and his team daily smile to the bank. I actually expected the whole of Osun State to massively vote against the political party of Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola in Osun State. How can a State be unfeelingly led by someone they once trusted and same person was still expecting same people to extraordinarily vote for his political son? This is where we are in Nigeria today: every State where salaries are being owed would have a repeat of a higher degree of what has happened in Osun State.
Mr. President, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has become extremely very weak in the South-West! Our people now see those paddling its canoe as very egotistical—who speak as if they control all of us as one. But what they probably do not understand is that Nigerians no longer care about mere political parties—what they are now after is true performance, not fake and unrealistic promises as of old. When we see lies now, we know, without wearing any magnifying lens.
President Buhari, the way your overnight supporters are ferociously and wildly attacking (both online and offline) those who are objectively criticizing you and your administration is fast blighting and messing up your brand. Those who detest you are pretending as if everything is alright with your administration, but those who like you are daily calling you out, without disrespecting and dishonouring you. Why are they doing this? It is because you over promised (before they empowered you with their votes), but you are under-performing.

Lastly, you are still very far from those you sworn in 2015 to lead. How can you effectively lead those you don’t know what they are daily facing? Each time you say that you know what Nigerians are going through; I know you don’t because you are only speaking, relying on second-hand information—which is not always true. You can still meet with Nigerians at least three times before February 2019. All you need to do is to appeal to them to forgive you for not sitting where they are sitting. But if you are going to maintain the status-quo, I make bold to tell you that it would impact negatively on the outcome of the coming presidential election.
