Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah has decried the dearth of cinema houses in the nation, blaming the retarded growth of the movie industry on the development.
In an interview with NAN, the celebrity said the Nigerian constitution prescribes one cinema house in each of the 774 local government areas of the country.
He said cinema houses should be built to address societal ills and boost the nation’s economy.
“When we have a cinema house in each of the 774 local government areas in the country, a good number of Nigerians will no longer battle with unemployment,” he said.
