The riot in Paris after presidential election

Riot erupted Sunday night in Paris after the result of first round of the French presidential elections were announced.

At least three people were detained and two injured in election night protests, near Stalingrad metro station, Paris.

Far-right leader Marine Le Pen advanced to the May 7 runoff election with Emmanuel Macron, head of the political movement En Marche.

Macron polled 23.9% while Le pen got 21.4% of the total vote.
