RMD, Uti, Kemi Adetiba in Vegas for first ever ‘selfie from space’

Nigerian celebrities, Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD), Uti Nwachukwu, Basketmouth and Kemi Adetiba, are set for the Heineken Spyfie team in Vegas for the first ever selfie from space.

The artiste officially kicked off what was regarded as an exciting James Bond experience, as they departed Lagos, Nigeria for the ever buzzing city of Las Vegas.

They will join other international celebrities around the world to be a part of the first ever selfie from space, as sponsored by Heineken.

Billed to take place on Thursday, these celebrities will join other big names like, Dave Bautista, American actor and WWE wrestle, to experience the first of its kind selfie from space.

The project is part of initiatives lined up in preparation for the James Bond “Spectre” premiere.

Ngozi Nkwoji, senior brand manager for Heineken, express the company’s pride in its long-standing association with the James Bond franchise.

“We are especially proud to partner with ‘Spectre’ on this adventure as we bring the experience to Nigeria with four of the country’s most loved entertainment personalities,” Nkwoji said.

The historic selfie is to be taken with a camera from the Deimos satellite, which is in orbit 600km above the Earth’s surface – yet delivering Ultra high definition pictures.
