Ronaldo: Sooner or later, I will become a Hollywood actor

Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the world’s greatest footballers of all time, says he will become a Hollywood star “sooner or later”.

In an interview with Sacoor Brothers, the multi-Baloon D’or winner said he has gotten a number of invitations to star in Hollywood movies but football has made it almost impossible.

“Becoming a Hollywood star? Why not? This is not my objective for the time being. I had some offers but my agenda is actually full,” he said.

“I will not close the door, I like this field. But I do not close the door, as it’s one thing I like…”

“I think being an actor is a different job, it’s a very difficult job. I think it’s a very beautiful and difficult profession. So, as I say, I’m sure that sooner or later I will be part of a cast in a movie, I have no doubt.”

But Ronaldo added that his main aim is to build an eternal name that his sons can enjoy.

“I will do small things to start, gain experience and then we’ll see. The future is bright. For now, my primary objective is to make Cristiano Ronaldo’s name eternal for my sons.

“The players who were able to stay in the top for many years like me are really few. I feel special for being able to reach that level.”
