Adetoun Agboola, the adviser on special education and social inclusion to Biodun Oyebanji, governor of Ekiti state, has assured People living With Disabilities (PWDs) of inclusive policies.
She said the governor is willing to improve the lives of PWDs.
She gave the assurance when the state chapter of Joint National Persons with Disabilities (JONAPWD) paid her a visit last Thursday.
Agboola is one of the 14 special advisers (SAs) newly appointed by the governor.

She expressed her passion on issues affecting PWDs and assured them of the governor’s willingness to support the group.
She promised that the governor will be commemorating the international day of PWDs in December.
Owolabi Kayode, chairman of JONAPWD in the state, appreciated the SA for her kindness and support for PWDs and wished her a successful tenure.

He also referenced the achievements and challenges facing the association.
He said some of the challenges include unemployment and difficulty in accessing public facilities.
