  1. Haj Jummai Ibrahim Hassan from Gombe State. The cable needs to check this woman out, a woman of high integrity and brilliance. The kind of people we all need up there.

  2. I suggest PMB should look beyond his party and (also) include PDP members. Nuhu Ribadu is always one for selfless service and a good candidate.

Oby Ezekwesili has become divisive, Tunde Bakare is better off preaching, Pat Utomi is a nice, humble guy but will probably be better heading a Policy Think Tank. Amaechi carries a fundamental burden although it has to be said that given his contributions to the PMB Enterprise, he typically would expect patronage from PMB.

My overall take looking at the hypothetical team is: Where will inspiration come from?

    1. I am praying day by day for Nuhu to be included in the cabinet- petroleum, anywhere. He is a very very safe bet.
God would surely answer my prayers and I guess that of lots of other detribalised nationalistic Nigerians. Good analysis by the way.

    2. Please, forget about PDP. There is no way any PDP would ever mean well for APC period. No more no less.
There is nothing good that will ever come from the Nazareth of PDP having destroyed Nigeria for Sixteen years. Hajj. Tajudeen EJALONIBU

      1. It is idiocy to think that it is the party that made Nigerians corrupt! What foolish conclusion are you drawing? What is the difference between the politicians in APC and the ones in PDP? The only thing that will stop corrupt practices in Nigeria is the restructuring of the country and a new constitution. Any other suggestion is a hogwash.

        1. So you dispute the fact that APC destroyed Nigeria for 16 years? That is very interesting! If the party had any good hand and it didnt use them where they could help us grow, then they should rest till 2019 and try. There are good people out of PDP, whether in APC or even those who are apolitical.

    1. including buhari lol, do yu think buhari is looking for anyone to send him or his wife aisha (haliburton) buhari to jail?

  3. I will like Segun Aganga to come back. His industrial revolution agenda is very commendable. Fola Adeola is another good guy – he put in place the current pension schemen we have now. Ifueko Omoigui performed well at Federal Inland Revenue. Fashola of course. Musa Kida is a thorough professional. Oby Ezekwesili is a great reformer and full of capacity. Please add Dr Abdul Muktar – he worked with El-rufia and now chief strategist at Dangote Group

  4. Ken Igbokwe – Recently retired West African Senior Territory Partner for PwC. Cerebral, bold, courageous, result driven, totally incorruptible, and with excellent people skills.

  5. I expected PMB to include Olusegun Aganga for continuation of Nigeria Industrial Master Plan Revolution (NIPR)which is a comprehensive policy that involved stakeholders. It has attracted $3billion to Sugar Policy and more investment to Auto Policy as well as Free Trade Zone such as GE setting up in Calabar. The man is hard working and patriotic Nigerian

  6. Nsikak Jonny- MD. AKTC- from Akwa-ibom state. he is indeed, a God fearing man, integrity & honesty. also has good managerial skills. Also Mr. Peter Obi from Anambra. state

  7. Peter Obi is a good one, Aganga is a sure one, if we can lure Adesina back, Julius Ihonvbere (the gov edo state never had) will be good aso as BRF, Donald Duke. No to rotimi amaechi, oby ezekwesili.

  8. Okoi obono obla a honest and incorruptation lawyer, administrator and traditional chief will make a good minister

  9. The list should include #Dr. Jideofor Adibe and Lt. #Gen. Victor Malu. These are silent abled people who can march with Foreign and Defence ministries.

  10. How on earth could some people be mentioning the names of people like Peter obi and Tony Aneneh in this issue? Peter obi was a blind follower of Gej in all things even against his own party APGA and we can all see how he crash landed the country in all sectors. And Tony ANENEH, was the self acclaimed father of PDP in whose house the allocation of edo state was being shared among party faithfuls to the detriment of the people of the state. Yes to fasola, madam obi, pat utomi, rotimi amechi and Pst tunde bakare
