Uche Secondus, national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra state, have lead a protest to the supreme court over its verdict on the Imo governorship election.
Enyinnaya Abaribe, senate minority leader, also led the protest.
The march took off from the PDP’s Legacy House in Maitama, Abuja amid tight security.
The protesters, who are in hundreds, held placards which read: “Save Judiciary”, “Presidency and Judiciary Murder Democracy” and “We say no to Supreme Court judgement in Imo” among others.

Security agents have cordoned off the road leading to the supreme court.
Last week, the court sacked Emeka Ihedioha, PDP governorship candidate, and declared Hope Uzodinma, All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate in the last governorship election, as the duly elected governor of Imo state.
In March 2019, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Ihedioha as the winner of the election, but Uzodinma challenged the decision up to the supreme court.

Why Political injustice WHY NOT social injustice. You people know how to protest to satisfy self but not worried about the majority finding a way of survival. Why can’t they protest at the embassy over the Ban to US.
