Success returns as Rohr names 24-man squad for Libya test

Isaac Success is among 24 players invited for the Super Eagles’ double-take 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Libya.

The Watford striker last played for Nigeria in 2017.

Super Eagles’ technical adviser Gernot Rohr also called up Alex Iwobi and Moses Simon for the clash against the Mediterranean Knights.

Goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa is the only home-based Eagle invited.

The team will go into the game seeking six maximum points against the Group E leaders.

Nigeria will host the first leg at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on October 13 while the return is scheduled for October 16 at Stade Taïeb Mhiri, Tunisia.
