The DJ with MSc – that’s Naeto C talking sense

He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in energy economics from the prestigious Dundee University and likes to talk about it – a lot.

But there is reason behind the rhyme, he will tell you any day.

At a chat hosted by Radio Sapientia, Onitsha, before his performance at Star Music Trek, Naeto C said his degree goes beyond “bragging rights” and was a necessity for him “to progress effectively in life”.

“I’m well aware that not everyone can be a doctor or a lawyer, but education is very important. It’s about training your mind and helping you to make better decisions.

“Most people overlook that. It’s really one of the greatest benefits that come with going to school. In truth, you become far more equipped to obtain success,” he said.

Naeto C’s last appearance at Star Music Trek was at the seventh leg of the concert which held at Godwin Achebe Stadium, Onitsha, on Sunday.

Meanwhile, his next album, #titleunknown, will be released in September 2014.
