President Bola Tinubu is billed to attend the Africa heads of state energy summit between January 27 and 28 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
In a statement on Saturday, Bayo Onanuga, special adviser to the president on media and strategy, said Tinubu would leave Abuja for the capital of Tanzania on Sunday.
The summit is hosted by the government of Tanzania in collaboration with the African Development Bank Group and the World Bank.
Onanuga said during the summit, African leaders, the private sector, development partners, and civil society groups would discuss on ways to accelerate energy access across the continent.
