Abu Ibrahim, a former senator representing Katsina south, says Bola Tinubu, standard bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will promote the interest of the north.
Ibrahim spoke on Thursday when he visited the campaign office of Dikko Radda, Katsina APC gubernatorial candidate.
The former senator said it is time for the north to pay back Tinubu by voting for him at the 2023 polls, adding the former governor of Lagos has historically supported candidates from the north.
He said Tinubu played a key role in the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari in 2015 and 2019.
