Tontoh was first runner up of movie reality show, Next Movie Star, in 2005 and debuted her music career in 2012 with the single releases HiIt’z Ova and Crazically Fit.

One song after another, the releases generated passionate reviews and criticisms by fans, music professionals and media personalities.

In 2013, she showed that she was unfazed by her critics and released another single track titled Jeje

On June 13 2014, former Mo’hits man D’banj unveiled Dikeh and other artistes under his record label DB Records’ LEE family.

After that came the audio release of Sugar rush in July. Now the video is here.

Tontoh has also recently been on one end of a three-way social media spat. She was accused by a beauty products dealer of being a difficult customer after reportedly refusing to pay for beauty products she ordered.

Tontoh alleged that the products were fake, while the dealer denied the allegations, with extra support from US-based Cameroonian singer and beauty entrepreneur, Dencia.

Then Tontoh sent both of her traducers a strong message when she posted an Instagram video as she set the consignment ablaze, which invited more condemnation.

  1. Tontoh is undoubtedly a talented actor, but she’ll probably never make a cereer in music if she continues to release substandard clips like this one. I admire her effort though and believe with the right tutelage, she has the potential to excel in music.
