From time to time, no matter who we are or what we do, things go wrong.
There are potential pitfalls in every area of life and business. There are those that are man made including everything from coffee spilling, being caught in a bad traffic jam to deals gone wrong, having people criticize you, a failed relationship, losing a job. Then there are those that cannot be controlled like flooding and earthquakes and the most heart wrenching, death.

When something bad happens to us, it’s easy for us to slip into-
‘Why me?
‘I have tried to do right, how can this happen?

‘Am I the only one in this world?’
Even when everything is going on well, (perhaps too well) we feel something bad will still happen because that’s just how it is and when it does, it happens to only us.
No, it’s not just you. You’re not the only person in the world and you do need to understand that you will be subjected to chaos, the good and bad, the positives and negatives of life.
What sets you apart from others though, is how you choose to deal with your situations.

No matter what happens, you always have a choice in how you react. While you may not be able to control what happens to you, you can most certainly control your behaviours.
Life is a journey of learning and growth. We grow from facing challenges more than we do without them. See the value in your experiences.
Your mind loves to solve problems. Focus on creating a positive outcome.
When bad things happen, turn it to your advantage; upgrade!
