Microblogging website, Twitter, is back after crashing across the world on Thursday evening.
“We’re having trouble loading your timeline. Click here to try again,” read a message on the platform.
Downdetector, which monitors outages on social media, had said the site began experiencing major issues on Thursday afternoon.
It said more than 50,000 people have complained having problems accessing the popular social media platform.
The development comes one week after Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp were hit by a three-hour outage which prevented users from downloading or sending images and audio.
