Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna state, says the ₦790.43 billion 2025 budget will focus on sustaining rural transformation and inclusive development in the state.
Sani spoke at a townhall meeting with stakeholders in the state including civil society groups, professional associations, youth and women’s groups.
He said the meeting was held to make inputs into the 2025 budget proposal before the document is sent to the house of assembly for deliberations.
“That is why we tagged our proposed 2025 Budget ‘Sustaining Rural Transformation and Inclusive Development’. We are also targeting the areas inhabited by the urban poor. Every citizen deserves to live a better life,” he said.
