Raphinha grabbed a hattrick as Barcelona defeated Bayern Munich 4-1 in their UEFA Champions League (UCL) group-stage encounter at Olímpic Lluís Companys in Spain.
Hansi Flick’s side took the lead in the first minute when Raphinha rounded Manuel Neuer to slot into an empty net but Harry Kane briefly restored parity on 18 minutes with a volley at the back post.
Lewandowski buried Fermin Lopez’s pass to restore the lead before Raphinha produced a curling strike to extend the lead going into the halftime break.
The Brazilian completed his hattrick 11 minutes after the restart with a shot into the far post after collecting a ball over the top.

Elsewhere, Manchester City scored four times in the second half to defeat Sparta Prague 5-0. Nigerian striker Victor Olatunji featured for an hour for the visitors but could not reproduce his earlier heroics in the competitions.
