Following their heroics against Heartland in Okigwe, four MFM FC players made the cut with Tony Bolus, their coach, securing a place on our list.
Jimoh Oni, two-goal hero, deservedly earns his place in the XI.

Abayomi Folarin [MFM FC]
Experienced keeper Abayomi Folarin frustrated Heartland with some world class saves. He was at his best to deny Joseph Onoja, Christian Pyagbara and Chinedu Ohanachom from scoring.
Adeyinka Nojeem [MFM FC]

The energetic Adeyinka Nojeem was a menace at the right hand side and provided a sweet assist to Clement Ogwu for the winner.
Festus Austin [Rivers United]
The Rivers United skipper marshalled the back line with perfection. He also won aerial duels and peppered Nyima Nwagua.
Joshua Akpudje [MFM FC]

Joshua Akpudje, the Nigerian U23 defender, was solid at the back, cutting out supplies to the Heartland attackers.
Daniel Itodo [Plateau United]
DSS FC product Daniel Itodo was involved in two of Plateau United goals. His long thrusts and attacking runs gave Lobi Stars lot of concerns at the back.
Michael Enaruma [Rivers United]

Enaruma was disciplined at the middle of the park for Rivers United at Kano Pillars. It was a result they deserved.
Jimoh Oni [Abia Warriors]

Jimoh Oni was the chief tormentor for Abia Warriors against Katsina United. His first goal was a brilliant free kick, while the second was a simple finish.
Idris Guda [Wikki Tourists]

When Wikki Tourists needed someone to rescue them from the shackles of Jigawa Golden Stars, it was Guda that inspired the comeback with a brilliant winner.
Mfon Udoh [Akwa United]

If Akwa United are to compete for the title, then NPFL record top scorer Mfon Udoh must produce the goods. The NPFL legend helped the Promise Keepers pick up a valuable point at Warri Wolves.
Clement Ogwu [MFM FC]
He was the heartbreaker that left a sore wound in the heart of Heartland faithfuls. Ogwu’s header from Nojeem’s cross turned Ikechukwu Ezenwa to a pedestrian.
Amos Gyang [Plateau United]
Quality makes the pint sized winger stand out in key moments. He latched on to Michael Ibe’s pass to score against the bewildered Lobi Stars.
