Enyimba striker Mfon Udoh is pleased to have scored his first goal for the Super Eagles and hopes to bag more in future games.
Nigeria beat Yemen 2-0 in a friendly on Saturday and Udoh, who scored the first goal in the 25th minute, is basking in the euphoria of the feat.
“My first goal for Eagles was a huge relief and I believe that is the starting point. More to come by God’s grace,” he told AfricanFootball.com.
The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) top scorer with 23 goals also spoke on the game.

“It was a nice game and I think we got our rhythm in the game,” he said.
Azubuike Egwuekwe doubled the lead in the 64th minute to secure the win for Nigeria.
