Ahead of the launch of his mixtape in September, Nigerian rapper Vector tha Viper has dropped an official new single, titled Redefined.
A sure welcome back from his supposed musical exile.
Vector Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, (better known as Vector tha Viper) is an award-winning Nigerian Hip hop artiste who has released two studio albums, his debut album – State of Surprise (SOS) and The Second Coming.
His brilliant work has bagged him Lyricist on the Roll and Best Rap Single awards at the 2012 Headies, Best Rap Act at the 2012 Nigeria Entertainment Awards (NEA), and several others.

He is the voice behind the Sprite commercial that has aired on most radio stations across Nigeria since 2009.
Redefined is the number one song on the mixtape track list titled the #A7 project and it has a track list of 13 songs and a bonus track “Shiga”.
The mixtape is an upbeat and has a flavour of afro pop, which stands to showcase versatility and a new chapter in the artiste’s style of music.

“Redefined tells a lot about my comeback to the music scene” Vector said. “The track is a cool rap and it is radio-friendly. It is something lovers of rap music will enjoy.”
The mixtape is produced by the duo of Pheelz and (late) Hcode, and is released under a new management, GidiGroove Media.
