A video where soldiers fighting Boko Haram in the north-east are lamenting over their plight is trending on social media.
The soldiers appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari to come to their rescue, saying about 70 of their colleagues have fainted as a result of lack of food and water.
They said having survived Boko Haram’s bullets, it would be unfair for them to lose their lives over food and water.
One of them said they had spent up to three days at their location without water and food.
