Some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have asked British police to arrest Nigerians based in the UK.
Singing and chanting pro-Biafra slogans during a demonstration in London, the protesters, who wielded placards with the inscription: ‘Biafra Exit’, made some uncomplimentary remarks about the Nigerian government.
They paid tribute to members of the group who were allegedly killed by security forces.
“We want the whole world to know what is going on. We are Biafrans; we want to be free. We don’t want to be part of Nigeria,” said a man who addressed the crowd.

“What Nigeria represents is?” to which the crowd chanted: “Evil.”
It is not clear when the video was released.
Nnamdi Kanu, IPOB leader, is a dual citizen of Britain and Nigeria. He was based in London.
