VIDEO: General killed in Plateau buried in Abuja

Idris Alkali, a retired major general who was murdered in Dura-Du, community in Plateau state, has been laid to rest.

The body of the late general was discovered in an abandoned well in Guchwet, Shen of Jos south local government.

Tukur Buratai, chief of army staff, led senior officer’s and other dignitaries to observe the Janazah prayers of the late general at the National Mosque in Abuja on Saturday.

The body was subsequently taken to Gudu cemetery for final burial.
