VIDEO: NASU members boo Ngige’s representative at Lagos Workers Day rally

Nnamdi Enuah, the representative of Chris Ngige, minister of labour and employment, was booed on Sunday during the Workers Day celebration in Lagos.

Enuah was midway into his speech when he was booed by members of the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU).

Other workers at the Mobolaji Johnson arena also joined in the booing of the minister’s representative.

Public universities have been shut down since February 14 over the industrial action of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
