Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Friday visited the Kaduna airport to inspect the facility ahead of the closure of Nnamdi Azikwe airport for repairs.
Osinbajo was accompanied by Nasir el-Rufai, Kaduna state governor; Rotimi Amaechi, minister of transportation and Lai Mohammed, minster for information.
The acting president also met with religious and community leaders from southern Kaduna to discuss solutions to the crisis in the region.
