Salisu Yusuf, Super Eagles head coach, has been caught on camera accepting a cash gift to field two players for the African of Nations Championship (CHAN).
The home-based Eagles were defeated in the final of the competition which took place in January in Morocco.
In a video filmed for BBC African Eye by Ghanaian undercover reporter Anas Aremayaw, the coach can be seen receiving dollars for the purpose of including the players in his squad.
He was also promised 15 percent of the players’ contracts if they are signed by a foreign club.

Interestingly, the situation is becoming a consistent occurrence in African football.
Ghanaian football administrator Kwesi Nyantakyi was recently removed as the country’s FA president after he was also caught on camera receiving cash gifts.
