The Former coach of Kwara United, Samson Unuanel, has congratulated Warri Wolves on their qualification for the third round of the CAF Confederation Cup after their 1-0 win over FC MK Etancheite on Friday.
The Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) club squeezed past their DR Congo opponents 3-1 on aggregate after the slim win in Kinshasa.
Oghenekaro Etebo scored an 80th-minute goal at the Stade des Martyrs, as the Seasiders progressed to the next round.
And Unuanel was impressed with the outcome of the game.

“This is an important development. I believe we have to praise them for their progress,” he said.
“Many appear to have written them off but gradually, they are proving the critics wrong. I find it appropriate to commend the players, the technical crew and the management.”
Unuanel now wants the country’s only surviving team in continental competition to go on and win the trophy.
