But it is not just about the age but about the platform that we provide for business in Africa to grow and exchange their value,” he said

“This is a time for Africa to grow. Why is UBA calling itself Africa’s global bank? We could have chosen to be a global bank. It is because Africa is a part of our vision and mission and we believe if we get Africa right then Africa will stand in its place on the committee of the continents in the world.

“UBA is invading African countries spanning West Africa, Central Africa, Southern Africa and so on. And the reason we are spreading, as very soon we will go to the north of Africa, is just to make sure that we provide those connectivity that will aid payment and apart from payment, it is also to finance businesses in the areas of infrastructure, including power and road, because Africa is challenged by infrastructure.”
