Work and Play, leading promoter of motorsport in Nigeria, has declared its support for the Fanfaro Autofest billed for December 13, 2020.
Ade Ojuoko, the company’s founder, broke the news on Sunday while speaking on this year’s edition of the event which will hold at the Cultural Center, Mokola in Ibadan, Oyo state.
According to him, the Fanfaro Autofest will help extend the benefits of the active motorsports community in the south-western part of Nigeria.
“Fanfaro is a brilliant expression of what motorsport represents, that is, youthfulness, fun, entrepreneurship and community engagement. At Work and Play, we believe our effort compliments our vision for engaging more youth and exposing them to benefits of the sport,” he said.

“We have already established partnership with the BMW Club and Zuru Motorsport, both of which are on the cards for this month as well. Fanfaro will be the biggest assemblage of top racecars in this part of the country so far this year and we see the need to associate with them.”
On his part, Adekunle Olanrewaju, promoter of the Fanfaro Autosport, said the partnership with Work and Play would help to convey a spike in deliverables at the one-day activity that would be a positive departure from the 2019 event.
“Apart form the line-up of top racers that we have attracted, this year’s event will also feature top celebrities that include Deejay Jimmy Jat and Nollywood star Wale Ojo,” Olanrewaju said.
