Zimbabwe have been expelled from 2018 World Cup qualifiers over non-payment of the outstanding debt owed former coach Jose Claudinei Georgini.
FIFA in a statement said it took the action after Zimbabwe’s Football Association (ZIFA) failed to make the payments despite a grace period.
Brazilian Georgini coached the national team from January to November 2008.
Zimbabwe have never qualified for the World Cup and they are already out of the next one without kicking a ball.
