Maduka Okoye – Sparta Rotterdam
Another impressive day in office for the keeper who helped Sparta edge Emmem 2-1.
Christopher Nwaeze – Flying Eagles
Apart from the red card he got, the central defender hardly put any foot wrong. His goal was simply classy against Cote d’Ivoire.
Leon Balogun – Rangers
Rangers are on rampage upfront, but their backliners having gotten the plaudits they deserve. Balogun showed why he is reliable with another quality performance for the Gers.
Zaidu Sanusi – FC Porto
Who can stop Sanusi? The left back was at it once again with a goal for Porto against Tondela.
Stanley Dimgba – Stellenbosch
The former Warri Wolves and Enyimba winger got off the mark for his new team Stellenbosch in the 2-0 win over TS Galaxy.
Sikiru Olatunbosun – Memenespor
It will only be matter of time before Sikiru Olatunbosun gets a recall to the Super Eagles squad. He has been wonderful this season in Turkey. The MFM FC product added to his account against Bandirmaspor.
Wilfred Ndidi – Leicester City
Fit again Wilfred Ndidi was a second half substitute for Leicester City who edged Sheffield United 2-1. The Super Eagles star showed why he is highly rated with an impressive display.
Frank Onyeka – Midtjylland
A Midtjylland team without Frank Onyeka isn’t complete. The enforcer was once again the driver for Midtjylland at Vejle BK.
Austin Oladapo – Enyimba
Showed up when Enyimba needed him against Rahimo, Austin Oladapo netted a goal in the 1-1 draw. He was in a world of his own.
Cyriel Dessers – Genk
Dessers needed a morale boosting goal in the six-goal thriller with Royal Antwerp and he got it. The striker looked sharp.
Paul Onuachu – Genk
One can’t be short of words to describe Paul Onuachu. Onuachu popped up again for Genk with a brace, this time in the win over Royal Antwerp. Unstoppable.
